Furnace season is here. First tune-up $95.
The first cold night is when furnaces fail, after sitting unused since March. A tune-up covers the heat exchanger, gas pressure, the blower and a carbon monoxide safety check, and takes about an hour. Worth booking before the first cold snap, while we are still ahead of the queue. $95 for your first tune-up with us, one time only (new customers, one per home). After that tune-ups are $149, or both yearly tune-ups are included in the Comfort Club.

What warranty do you give?
Every repair and installation comes with a 1-year labor warranty on our work, plus a 5-year manufacturer parts warranty.
How fast can you come out?
Usually within 1-2 days, and same-day when the schedule allows. Comfort Club members get priority scheduling.
What does a service call cost?
$79, flat. That covers the visit and diagnosis. If you go ahead with the repair, the $79 comes off your final bill, and we quote the repair flat-rate before starting.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Utah contractor license #12914771-5501 (S350 HVAC classification), active and in good standing, plus general liability insurance.
Do you charge more on weekends?
No. We work seven days a week at the same rates.
