Is this a contract?
No. The monthly plan is month to month and the annual plan renews once a year. Cancel either one anytime and you will not be charged again.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within the first 30 days of an annual membership, as long as we have not been out for your first tune-up yet: we refund the full $199.90. After that, annual memberships are not refundable, but you keep every benefit until the end of the year you paid for and you will not be charged again. Monthly members are simply not charged again after they cancel.
What is the difference between monthly and annual?
Same membership, same benefits. Monthly is $19.99 a month. Annual is $199.90 paid once a year, which is ten months for the price of twelve and saves you $39.98.
What is actually in a tune-up?
A multi-point inspection and service: coils, refrigerant charge, capacitors, ignition, flame sensor, heat exchanger and CO check, filter, thermostat calibration, and a written condition report.
I rent out a property, can I put it on the plan?
Yes, landlords love this: we coordinate directly with your tenant and send you the report.
Does membership transfer if I sell my home?
